Visiting with Santa!

This is a little late, but here is the picture that the boys had taken with Santa. This was the first year that Kaden would even go close to Santa. Usually it is a fight just to get him close to Santa.

While I was scanning this picture I was noticing how Kadens ears in this picture look like elf ears. He looks like Santa's little helper!

Sledding!!!

We tried to go sledding today because it was warm outside. The problem with that was since it was warm out......all the snow was melting. We didn't get to do much sledding.....we ended up doing alot of 4-wheeling instead. I did get a few pictures of the little bit of sledding we did get to do though. We had alot of fun....even though it was wet and muddy!

Pray that everything works out.....

We are in the processes of selling our house and buying a new one. We had a girl that put in an offer on our house, but is having troubles getting a loan. She told us that she was appoved for a loan to purchase our house, so we put in an offer on a house. Well, now she is having troubles getting a loan, but we have to sell our house before we can get a loan. Just pray that this all works out!

The house that we have an offer in on is the perfect house for us. It is about 3500 sqft. 1770 upstairs, with an unfinished basement. It is kinda a weird situation on this house. It is only half built. The guy that built it ran out of money to finish it, so he is selling it half done. It has all the walls up and sheetrocked and painted and all the walls are trimmed with like baseboards and door frames. Some of the flooring is done, there is tile in the bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, enteryway, and laundry room. There are some construction things that need to be completed, and things like the kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, toilets, lighting, the rest of the flooring, and some things on the outside like dirt work and front and back porches need to be completed. The house is for sale for $180,000 and it will take about $60,000 more to finish it. We will have a house that appraises for about $320,000 when it is completed, that cost use about $240,000.

This is as long as everything works out! So pray for us that everything falls into place! If so we will be closing on this house on January 10th. I will keep updating this as things work out.....or don't work out :o(
