Happy Easter!

Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter! Here are a few pictures of the boys this morning. To bad I didn't get any pictures of them all dressed up for church. They looked handsome!

Chandlers room is FINALLY done!

I have been working on getting Chandlers room painted and finished for about 3 months now. I finally got the final shelves hung today! Yay!! Now I just have to figure out what to do in Kadens room. Santa brought them both new bed spreads. Chandlers was easy to decorate with but Kadens is not as easy. His is a camouflage and he wants an Army room. I have no idea how to decorate for that!

Kadens Bad Day

March 31st started off kind of rough for Kaden. He had to have his pre kindergarten Dr. visit. He had to get 5 shots. He was pretty brave....only screamed a little! :0) He milked it a little, limping for a bit but did pretty good overall. He went on th Noni's house and I went back to work. About 4:15 I get a call from Papa saying that Kaden got his finger shut in the door and it might need stiches! So I hurried there and found Kaden with his finger all wrapped up in a towel, Grandma holding him and he is crying. Also, Grandma is holding Kenzie (his cousin) and she is crying. I askds why is Kenzie crying! Well, she felt bad because she was holding the door when it shut on his finger. Chandler had to retell the story to me...so according to Chandler, this is what happened. "We were going out back and Kenzie was holding the door open. The wind was blowing it shut. Madi said something to Kenzie, and Kenzie let go of the door and it slammed shut on Kadens finger. There is blood on the door where it happened." I ask "Did you tell Grandma there is blood on the door?" Chandler responds "No. Why?" I tell him "We need to let Grandma know so they can clean it up." Chandler.... "Oh!?" :o) So, anyway, I rush kaden back to the Dr. who gave him his 5 shots earlier that morning and she cleans up the finger and decides that it will be less painful to just tape it all back together. If i take him to the hospital....they will give him MORE shots in his finger to numb it so they can stitch it up. Kaden didn't need more shots! So she taped it back together, wrapped it up and sent us for an x-ray. She said the tip of the finger felt "squishy". The x-ray showed that it was NOT broken! YIPPY! So now we have to keep it clean and dry and wait for it to heal up :o) And I made it home in time to have my Stampin Up! party at 6:00pm.
